Heather has been instrumental in the formation of PSH7 Land, a family-owned and operated company founded in 2025. Specializing in land acquisition, entitlement, and development, dedicated to helping home builders discover prime properties for quality residential communities in the vibrant Charlotte, NC market. Heather, a proud Charlotte native, has deep roots in the community, having attended Charlotte Country Day School for K-12. She graduated from Elon University in 2000 with a B.S. in Business Administration. With 16 years of experience in the banking industry, Heather has held various roles, including 7 years in Business Banking, 5 years as a Branch Manager and Business Development Officer, and the last 7 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator Her diverse expertise makes her a valuable asset in the financial sector.
Heather's deep understanding of the mortgage business, coupled with her extensive experience in banking, will be instrumental in guiding PHS7 Land as we continue to expand. Over the past 13 years, she has closely observed Paul skillfully navigate the complexities of governmental regulations, contract negotiations, planning staffs, planning boards, and the banking industry's requirements. Her insights and expertise make her invaluable addition to our team.
