Located in Cramerton, Gaston County, NC, the Overlook at Riverside community will be built on 477 rolling acres along the South Fork River. Lennar Homes will be building the homes in this community.

Located in Indian Trail, NC at the exit for the Monroe Bypass, Poplin Village will be a mixed use community with 25 acres of retail/commercial space, a 5 acre town park, town homes and detached houses.

Located in Lake Wylie, SC, Vista will be built on 175 rolling wooded acres consisting of high end housing. The neighborhood is built under the Cluster ordinance and Lake Wylie Overlay District restrictions.
