About the Founder
Paul founded PSH7 Land, a family-owned and operated company in 2025. Specializing in land acquisition, entitlement, and development, dedicated to helping home builders discover prime properties for quality residential communities in the vibrant Charlotte, NC market. Our commitment to excellence ensures that each project meets the highest standards, paving the way for thriving neighborhoods and lasting communities.
Paul brings over 30 years of diverse experience in the home building and land development industries. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Buffalo in 1994, he began his career with the Erie County Water and Department. In 1997, Paul relocated to Charlotte, NC, where he has since contributed to various civil engineering firms, focusing on both residential and commercial projects.
Paul graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 with a Master of Business Administration degree. After graduating, he transitioned into the home building industry as a Land Manager for Ryan Homes. Over the years, Paul gained invaluable experience working with both large and small builders, absorbing knowledge about all aspects of the industry. His diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the home building process.
MT Land was born out of a vision that Paul had in 2016, when he and his partner established a small firm focused on acquisition, entitlement, and development in the Charlotte market. With a successful history of rezoning and entitling seven communities, they forged strong relationships with builders and recognized the growing demand home builders have for lots. This experience paved the way for expansion into a larger company, equipped with a team of specialized land acquisition experts.
